Joe Records’ working hours are: Monday to Saturday (stores working hours), excluding holidays.

By using Joe Records’ site, you agree to all of the following terms, which you should read carefully. Your navigation in joe.gr, as well as any transaction or communication with our company, means the unconditional acceptance of the terms of use. In case of disagreement or second thoughts about part or all of these terms, you can send us an email about it.

Our company reserves the right to modify, renew or upgrade at any time and without prior notice to the visitor/member/costumer of Joe Records (in whole or in a part): a) part or all of joe’s terms of use, b) part or all of the site’s content and c) part or all of the interface, structure or composition of Joe Records and its technical specifications. The company also reserves the right to cancel, suspend or terminate the operation of joe.gr, without prior notice to the visitor/member/costumer of the site. The visitor/member/costumer of Joe Records acknowledges and accepts unreservedly all of the above by simply navigating or using the site’s services.

1.1. Item Description

The online store of Joe Records promotes and sells clothing etc.. The company reserves the right to choose free which products will be promoted and sold, as well as to modify, renew and/or withdraw them at any time without prior notice. The same working practice applies to its pricing policy, any offers and dicounts, which it can choose and conduct free as well as it can modify, renew or withdraw at any time and without prior notice and/or deadline compliance unless it states expressly.

1.2.1. Use / Operation

Company and costumers are committed to the correct and based on good faith and transactional usage and operation of the website. You may be asked to accept cookies for the correct and complete visit and operation of the website. Joe Records takes all the necessary measures for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the site, but it still has the exclusive right, and the consumer has to accept it, to suspent permanently or temporarily the operation of joe.gr with or without notice to its visitors/members/costumers. Under no circumastances will the visitor/member/costumer use Joe Records to post, publish, email or transmit any content that is illegal, threatening, offensive, defamatory or obscene, as it is someone else’s privacy or expresses racial, ethnic or other type of discrimination, may harm to minors in any way, is not entitled to be transmitted in accordance with the law or contractual or managing relationships (such as internal information, property and confidential information, acquired or disclosed as part  of an employment relationship or covered by confidential agreements, infridges any patent, trademark, copyright or other property, contains software viruses or other codes, files or programs, designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip any computer software or hardware intentionally or unintentionally, violates the current Greek and European laws and regulations and may harass others in any way. Our users/visitors/costumers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide to the company and which knows them only upon their statement. It is stated expressly that the collection, interception or save of personal data of the site’s content used by other users is prohibited.

1.2.2. Content

The company takes every possible measure and diligence for the correct publication and display of information related to the products it promotes through Joe Records. The company, however, is not responsible for possible errors in the operation of the online store in the listed and displayed information (such as the indicative price, availability, photo, type etc.), which may be due to technological failures or typographical errors, and/or human errors or incorrect information from suppliers, even though its negligence. If you find an error before and/or after the completion of your order, we would like you to contact us by phone, email or fax at (+30)2610620673 and records@joe.gr.

In any case, if you find an error, we ask you not to send the order before notifying the company and clarifyung the specific issue. Any reference or link to another website is provided for your convenience and we are not responsible for the content, products , services provided (advertising or sales), their security policy and how they manage their visitors to their sites.

1.2.3. Sales Prices

Our company formulates its pricing and trade policy free, based on its strategy and always within the framework of current laws, especially the provisions about competition’s protection (fair and unfair). Our company may, as it wants, make products offers from time to time or other promotional activities. The company also reserves this right and the visitor/member/customer of joe.gr accepts it, to modify the listed prices and change and/or withdraw the offers and any time with or without prior notice to them.

1.2.4. Discount Coupons / Gift Vouchers

Joe Records, in the context of its respective commercial policy and its customer service, reserves the right to issue and distribute discount coupons in any way and at any time it deems appropriate to its customers. Each coupon or gift voucher lists the discount (cash or percentage) and a unique code. Holders of discount coupons or gift vouchers benefit from it by entering their coupon code in the special field, during the stage of order’s completion (checkout) on the payment page (payment). In this case, the total discount will be included in the current order. In case, the discount from the coupon exceeds the initial value of the order, Joe Records does NOT retain any amount in its system and is not obliged to return any cash or percentage.

The redemption of coupons in cash or in any other way is not possible.

 

1.3. Property & Copyright

The entire content of Joe Records (except for those information that belongs to others, eg. copyrights of artists, creators or organizations), indicative and not restrictive texts, photos, drawings, commercial and financial data, programs, all kinds of files, trademarks/logos, the layout of joe.gr etc. are the material are property of the company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European Law and current international property contracts.

Any partial or total copying, reproduction or use by anyone without prior written approval of the owner company is prohibited. No part of this site can be reproduced, stored in a retieval store or tansmitted in any way, without the prior written permission of the company. Otherwise, the above actions may constitute an infridgement of the intellectual / industrial property rights of the company, which reserves the right to claim any positive or negative cost, caused in accordance with the provisions of current law. Especially, due to the nature of the products and selling items, the visitor / costumer of joe.gr accepts that the idea, design, form, proportions and copyright methods or techniques are the intellectual property of their creators and reproduction, copy and any other kind of action that diminishes, steals or harms their interest is prohibited.

 

2. ORDERS RECEPTION & COMPLETION

Joe Records’ online store constantly provides you with a special collection of products at the best possible prices.

The ordering process for either registered members or visitors is simple and consists of the following 2 steps:

i) Placing an Order
ii) Send the order

The registered members, by logging in to their account, can received more detailed information beyond the above steps regarding their order. Althought company takes all the necessary steps to ensure that the availability of its products is properly recorded, as it appears in joe.gr, there is a case, in which a product is not available within the delivery time, or even more rarely, is not available in the store, for reasons that are not interested in customers. In this case, you will receive an email from us at your given email address informing you about the issue.

2.1. Placing an order

At joe.gr, you can order either as a member or as a regular visitor.

Navigate free in our online store, select the items of your interest, place them in your shopping cart, enter your shopping cart and, following the steps that are indicated to you, you can proceed your order.

In order to provide you with the best and the most complete service and to facilitate your future purchases, we suggest that you register as a user – member of joe.gr by filling in the -minimum possible- information required by you in the registration form. Every other shipment means that you have accepted the applicable terms of use, which govern our transactions in their whole statement.

Please check the correctness and the legality of the information you provide us to avoid problems in our cooperation. The company – in no case – is not able to check the validity of the data that you give exclusively upon your statement, you inform us.

After sending your order, you will receive an automated message to the email address you have stated to us, icluding all the details of the order that you have made in our site. This message also informs you about the second stage that follows after sending your order.

All orders are received by us, subject to checking and ensuring the availability of the order’s products (the check is made the next business day after your order completion).

2.2. Sending the order

On the delivery day, when we give the orders to the cooperating courier company (in special cases to transport companies, too), you will received a automated message that will inform you about:

a) sending day and time
b) the transfer code (voucher)
c) the unique tracking number of the order and
d) the link, where you can enter the given code and watch the delivery way.

2.3. Withdrawal / Return of products

2.3.1. Whithdrawal

The costumer has the right to unjustified withdrawal within 14 days from the order reception and in accordance with 2251/1994 Law. In this case, send an email, who will inform us about it.

The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Τhe returning package must be in its original condition and packaging.

2.3.2 Return of order’s products

Joe Records ensures as much as it is possible that the products are packaged properly and carefully, so that they reach to their buyer without any damage. Some of our products are fragile and / or sensitive. For this reason, Joe Records, in communication with the courier companies, sends the products with special marking and appropriate packaging that fully protects them form any damage during transport and / or storage.

However, in case of damage, the following applies:

At the time of reception by the courier: In rare cases, the item you will receive, may have been damaged during transport. If you find that there is damage to the package / product during the reception by the courier, then you do not proceed with the reception. In this case, the costumer bears only the shipping cost. It is important to check the products before you receive from the courier, especially in case the packaging shows signs of puncture or opening. If you receive the products without expressing reservation at the time of reception, it means that you have received the product unconditionally.

After the reception by the courier: At Joe Records, we take all the necessary measures -as mentioned above- for safe transport and storage. In case you receive it by the courier, you have 20 days to send us an email to records@joe.grn if you find any damage to a product or a part of it, where you inform us about the problem.

The worn product must be returned in its original packaging and with all the supporting documents that initially accompanied with. The shipping cost of returning from the costumer to the shop are borne solely by the costumer. Joe Records has to replace and return it.

The compliance οr the non-compliance of the deadlines above within 14 or 20 days is certified by the date of reception of the email by Joe Records.

 

3. Liability Limits

The visitor / member / costumer of Joe Records accepts fully and unreservedly the exclusive right of the company to discontinue the use of the passwords to Joe Records services and to terminate the distribution of the content and information, whenever the company deems that the present terms are violated by the visitor / member / costumer, or that they are carried out or there are indications or / and complaints that illegal acts or omissions are carried out by him. Ιt may also discontinue, suspend or modify the Joe Reocrds’ operation, permanently or temporarily at any time without prior notice to the visitors / members / costumers.

The company is not responsible in any case, including negligence, if it will be shut down or becomes difficult and / or impossible to access it and if, despite security measures, ”viruses” are detected or other malicious software and transmitted to the web terminals of costumers / members and visitors of Joe Records. Also, the same will happen if unauthorized third parties / hackers interfere in any way  to the content and operation of the site, making it difficult to use it or causing problems in its proper operation or stealing information that concern personal data of Joe Records’ costumers and registered users. The company is not responsible for any claims of legal or civil and / or criminal nature or for any damage (positive or negative, which consists in loss of profits, data , lost profits, monetary satisfaction, etc. indicatively and not restrictively, divisively and / or cumulatively) by visitors / members / costumers or third parties for reasons related to the operation or not or / and the use of Joe Records and / or inability to provide services and / or information available from the company through Joe Records and / or from any unauthorized interventions of third parties in products and / or services and / or information available through it and / or created security gaps.

All liability limitations set in these terms of use are acknowledged and accepted by the visitor / member / costumer of Joe Records in their entirety as valid and in accordance with good faith and business ethics.

3.1 Changes to the terms and policy conditions

The company has the right to change at any time and to any extend that it deems the present terms and without prior notice. The visitor / member / costumer must be informed of the applicable terms and conditions each time they use the site.

4. VALID LOW

The operation of Joe Records and the owner company is governed by the Greek Law. In any dispute that may arise, the company will make anything for its amicable settlement based on the sincerity, the expectations of the parties and the provisions. If the amicable settlement is not possible, the Greek Courts of the city of Patras, Greece are competed and the Greek Law is applicable.
